EQUIPEMENT

The OC will provide all practice balls at the practice range and pull trolleys for all athletes who require them, all the foregoing free of charge. A number of motorised golf carts will be made available to referees, media, and FISU TCC. If the FISU TCC has designated ‘shuttle’ runs between greens and tees, golf cars must also be provided. Arm bands will be required for team captains.

Driver Heads, Groove Specifications and Conforming Balls
Model Local Rules G-1, G-2 and G-3 in the Official Guide to the Rules of Golf are in effect regarding Conforming Driver Heads, Groove and Punch Mark Specifications and Conforming Golf Balls. Note: It is strongly recommended that any player in doubt as to whether their equipment conforms to these Local Rules consult with the Championship Committee. This should be done as far in advance of the Championship as possible. Conforming lists are available at: www.randa.org

Distance Measuring Devices
Distance-Measuring Devices are allowed in accordance with Rule 4.3a(1) in the Rules of Golf. Other equipment is listed in the FISU Golf Venue Minimum Requirements.
